When it opened in 2005, it was the largest shopping center in the eastern district of Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>BTB was initially responsible for the demolition of the approximately 15-year-old reinforced concrete building. After that we excavated a 110.000m\u00b3 excavation pit for the new shopping center and filled 40,000m\u00b3 of soil. <\/p>\n<p>To keep the extremely demanding time schedule, we worked 8 weeks, 12-hour days, 6 days per week during winter months.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9570e20 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\"
